    Do you have a BOYL (Build on Your Own Lot) program?

    No, we do not currently offer a Build On Your Own Lot (BOYL) program.

    At Herbst Homes, we focus exclusively on building new construction homes within our carefully planned communities in Navarre, Milton, Pace, and throughout Santa Rosa County, FL. This allows us to maintain consistent quality, craftsmanship, and a streamlined building process across all of our homes and floor plans.

        Can I customize my home design?

        Our homes are built using thoughtfully designed floor plans, and we do not offer full design customizations. This approach allows us to maintain consistent quality, efficient construction timelines, and better value for our homeowners.

        However, buyers may be able to make limited interior selections—such as countertops, flooring, and cabinetry—depending on the stage of construction.

        If you’re interested in available options within our communities in Navarre, Milton, Pace, and Santa Rosa County, our team can walk you through what choices are currently available.

          How do I submit a warranty request?

          A

          All Herbst Homes homeowners have access to our Warranty Portal, where service requests can be easily submitted during the warranty period. Each homeowner is also assigned a Warranty Support Specialist to assist with any questions or claims.

          Once submitted, requests are tracked through completion to ensure proper communication and resolution. Our goal is to address any issues promptly and ensure your home meets our quality standards.

          In addition, we conduct scheduled warranty check-ins at 1, 4, 8, and 12 months after closing to review your home and address any concerns in person.

            Do you have a preferred lender?

            A

            Yes. Herbst Homes partners with University Lending to provide financing options for our homebuyers. Their team understands the local market and offers personalized guidance throughout the mortgage process to help make homeownership as smooth as possible.

            Buyers who choose University Lending may also have access to exclusive incentives. To learn more or get started, contact Stacy at University Lending to discuss available programs and current financing options.

              Do I need a Realtor?

              A

              No, you do not need a Realtor to purchase a home with Herbst Homes, but you are welcome to bring one if you choose.

                Does my Realtor need to be with me when I visit the model home?

                We recommend that your Realtor attends your model home visit so they can be properly registered and included in the home buying process. This also allows them to ask questions and support you during your tour.

                If your Realtor is unable to attend, they must be registered with Herbst Homes prior to your visit. This helps ensure a smooth and seamless experience as you explore our model homes and communities in Navarre, Milton, Pace, and Santa Rosa County, FL.

                  Can I hire a home inspector to inspect my home once its completed?

                  Yes. You are welcome to hire a licensed home inspector to inspect your home prior to closing.

                  Before your closing date, our team will confirm if you plan to schedule an inspection and coordinate access to the home with your chosen inspector.
